We are a locally owned, family storage unit business. We are conveniently located between Indianapolis and Bloomington right off I-69. We offer a variety of sizes and pricing to meet your self storage needs. We offer easy access, electronic payments, a drop box and personal appointments as needed.

This unit can usually accommodate a small to medium size worth of household goods. It requires 2 doors and 2 locks and keys.
16x24 unit

This unit can accommodate a small house worth of possessions. It has 2 doors. We only have one of these units so be sure to call for availability.
20 x 24 unit
$310/month
We have 2 of these size units. It will accommodate a medium to large size house worth of possessions. It has 4 doors. Please call for availability.
Renter Responsibilities
This page describes what we require you as a renter to do each month and what you need to rent a storage unit.
Deposit
One time refundable fee equivalent to one months rent
This deposit is due when a renter signs up for a storage unit. It is refundable as long as payments are made in time for the duration of the storage rental and the unit is cleaned out when renter moves.
Storage Unit Agreement
N/A
The renter will be required to initial and sign a storage unit agreement upon their rental of a unit. This agreement is meant to hold the renter responsible in following The Storage Units policies and/or legal requirements. It will also provide The Storage Unit with the renters information needed to keep in contact with said persons.
Locks
N/A
It is the renters' responsibility to provide a heavy duty lock(s) for their assigned unit at the time of rental. The renter will be responsible for oiling/maintaining lock and keeping key(s) for lock in their possession.
